COSMECO axial vertical Ditcher

The “AXEL” version, has been designed for the implementation of vertical excavations in a perfect axial position with respect to the tractor, in the centre of the two rear wheels, while the standard models digging wheel is set approximately behind the tire. The greatest advantage of using “AXEL” is observed in the orchards: thanks to the latest generation frame, the operator is able to make a clear and central cut between the rows of trees. As the standard models, “AXEL” works successfully on any kind of soil free from stones, for the excavation of foundations, or for the laying of draining-irrigation tubes and photovoltaic systems. In this regard, it can be equipped with a kit composed of hydraulic reel support, a tube guide with profile-shaping shoe, and a filler shovel, for laying and covering tubes. The width of the trench is adjustable by placing the knives in different positions on the rotor, widths over 12cm are reachable on demand. It’s possible to equip the ditcher with tungsten knives, in case of strong soils.
