On the 25th and 26th of February, 2014. was held in Madrid the I. International Garlic Congress, in which congress our company, Alfa-Gép Kft. participated.  There were present more than 100 professionals at the congress from 25 countries wordlwide. Spain is the biggest garlic grover country in Europe and world's second largest garlic exporter. The congress was organized by JJ Broch, the manufacturer of garlic machines, celebrating the company's 60th anniversary. On the event we had the possibility to listen to varios presentations on this topic: garlic cultivation under different climatic conditions, long term storage of garlic, garlic crop fertilization and irrigation, garlic cultivation's cost and marketing development.  JJBroch manufacturer, offering the complete range of garlic cultivation machines, has contributed to the productive garlic cultivation and is now present in 40 countries worldwide- also in Hungary and Central-Europe, where our company Alfa-Gép Kft. specialized in the sale of horticultural machines, is their offical representative. The congress was successful not only because of the interesting and useful presentations but also because it was also a forum for garlic growers and specialist of different countries (Europa, Kanada, Brasil, Argentina, different countries from Asia) for sharing knowledge and experience about the different technology of garlic cultivation.
